 We produce & feature the tastiest foods possible. We are committed to providing affordable, healthy, and as much as possible sustainable & local foods. We strive to source most of our foods from California farmers, ranchers, and artisans - that's the "California" in Main Course California.

Rachel & Robert support local food artisans who have outstanding recipes. The perfect mix of talent, a "yes we can" philosophy, and a generous helping of team effort is our secret ingredient to showing how deliciously blessed we all are to live - and eat - in California.
