OSAT One Step a Time Guidelines for Clients
Main Course California is committed to making the process of dealing with us as easy
and clear as possible. The following is a step by step breakdown of the process we
follow in order to guarantee the highest amount of efficiency possible.
1. Client contacts Main Course California.
2. Client expresses wishes and needs.
3. MCC creates menu & preliminary cost quote.
4. MCC sends quote to client.
5. Client gets back to Main Course within three working days:
- to ensure that MCC quotes have arrived.
- to ensure that client is serious about using our services.
6. Client and MCC schedule a walk through at venue in question.
7. MCC puts together final quote according to client’s exact specifications and
budgetary considerations.
8. Client sends or faxes signed standard catering contract. Contract may be
downloaded as a PDF file from our web-site.
9. Client gives MCC a credit card number to hold the event. A 10% Deposit is required for larger events.
10. One week prior to event client sends in either 50% for small or 40% for big events of overall balance. Client communicates final person count and any other changes or last minute specifications.
11. MCC must receive the remaining balance of overall price in
form of a check or credit card no later than one day prior to event.
